According to the statistics of relevant departments, at the end of 2014, the number of civil vehicles in the country reached 154.47 million, an increase of 12.4% over the previous year, while the average number of vehicles increased by more than 11 million annually in the past decade. With the improvement of residents' awareness of environmental protection, electric vehicles with zero air pollution have attracted more and more attention.

　　Motor, battery and motor control technology are the three core technologies of electric vehicles. The core of motor control technology is the inverter technology that requires efficient motor control, while the inverter technology that requires efficient motor control requires a powerful IGBT and a matching DC support capacitor.
